It may seem that not eating in the morning reduces calories consumed in a day. The thing is, by lunch you'll be so hungry, you'd eat more junk food than you're supposed to, making your calorie intake the same or possibly more than if you were to eat breakfast in the first place. Not much difference, huh? Eating in the morning helps us kids concentrate in school to be the best in our class - and we might even get a raise in our allowances for raising our grades. So basically, if you don't eat in the morning it makes you less attentive because your tummy would be yelling at you for treating it so terribly and it wont make any difference in your calorie intake. but if you eat in the morning, you'd pay attention more, probably be healthier ( depending on how healthy your meal is ) and get a raise in your allowance for better grades( this sort of may not work on certain parents, but they will still be proud of you). Gee...... which would you choose?.

They knew their jobs, they showed up when they were needed, all to lose their lives to stop a fire. These brave firefighters did not have to die.
Reports say, while these brave men were inside that burning building, the roof suddenly collapsed trapping all of them and taking their lives in the process. What sounds disturbing is the fact that the building had no sprinkler system installed.

The question then is, why was there permit issued for whatever use when knowing that the building is old, secondly the kind of business to be operated at that location would involve having flammable materials in the building?

I hope something is learned from this tragic accident that happened in Charleston, S.C., and every correction is made to ensure this is never repeated under any circumstance.

Traveling by air is considered the safest but doesn't seem to be the most sanitary way to do so. This just did not make sense in any way subjecting passengers to seven hours of unsanitary conditions. People deserve to be treated with dignity whether or not they complain about poor service.

That plane should not have taken off without the situation completely resolved during that first incident. They should have explained situations, ensuring that matters were resolved including educating passengers and or possibly an alternative flight arranged for passengers for the purpose of health and time constraints. That is totally embarrassing to here reports like this regarding an American flight, or for that matter any Airline.

San Antonio Spurs came into the Arena Thursday to finish what they had started, and indeed they did. Beating the Cavaliers 83-82 in the end making a sweep that the Cavaliers were hoping not to happen. Their determination seemed to not fade. Now that shows championship qualities.

What may not be clear is how many teams in the NBA had this determination in their minds and hearts but could not get it to materialize. One can only say sports is a matter of survival. As the saying goes, may the best team win, and in this case they did. Four wins in the last decade!

http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/6929864

How on earth could there be unsafe products for use? Who makes the decision whether or a product is safe for the market? It is ironic that these past few months, reports such as this have become more and more rampant. Human lives ought not to be taken lightly. I would like to know however if the people who made these products advice their family members to use those products. Check this out!
http://money.cnn.com/2007/06/14/news/economy/supplychain_risk/
