Is scaling your health worth it? From the scale of 1 to 10, where will your health be? Researches are coming up with statistics ever so often. As a result we are constantly being informed to do or not to do something. It is obvious that looking at the significant numbers of people who exercise in one form or the other, as the saying goes "have it together". On the other hand, the alarming number of overweight children and adults across the country shows we are no close to solving the problem.
 
We have a long way to go to change our eating habits and lifestyle.
